BX-N comes from the "Mine de Marou", Brignoles in France and is classified as an iron-rich bauxite. Bauxite is the most common aluminium ore. The main components are Al2O3 (54.21 g/100g), Fe2O3T (23.17 g/100g) and SiO2 (7.4 g/100g). Most traces exhibit an elevated concentration ranging from tens to hundreds of µg/g.
